Our Commitment TechEase is dedicated to providing professional, courteous, and timely in-home tech support for seniors. Our technicians strive to diagnose and address all issues efficiently.
1. Service Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our professional conduct, including punctuality, respect, and diligence.
We provide best-effort troubleshooting, but cannot guarantee outcomes for problems that originate with third-party systems (internet service providers, hardware manufacturers, software vendors, or other external systems).
2. Billing Policy
Our services operate under a hybrid billing model: diagnostic fees are always charged; additional service is billed only if actionable solutions are identified.
Clients acknowledge that resolution of third-party issues may require additional intervention outside the scope of our service.
3. Limitation of Liability
TechEase is not responsible for the functionality, performance, or failures of third-party systems or products.
Clients are responsible for data backups and security before our technicians begin work.
Liability for any claims, damages, or losses is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
TechEase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data or lost internet connectivity.
4. Warranty
A complimentary return visit is provided if the exact same issue recurs within 7 days of the original service.
Beyond this, all services are offered on a best-effort basis with no additional warranty.
5. Acknowledgment
By scheduling service, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this document. You agree that TechEase has provided full disclosure of its privacy practices, service guarantees, and limitations of liability.
