How do the 2 included hours work?
Both Silver and Gold plans include 2 hours of virtual support each month. If you use less, the hours don't roll over. If you need more than 2 hours in a month, you pay just $49/hour as a member instead of $119/hour that non-members pay. Most questions take 15-30 minutes to resolve.
What happens if I need more than 2 hours of help?
No problem. After your included 2 hours, you simply pay $49/hour for additional virtual support. We'll always let you know before we go over your included time. Compare that to the $119/hour non-members pay, and you see the value adds up fast if you need regular help.
What's included in the monthly security audit for Gold members?
We review all your devices and accounts checking for: weak or repeated passwords, missing software updates, insecure privacy settings, backup system status, and potential security vulnerabilities. You receive a written report with any issues we found and what we fixed. This happens automatically every month without you needing to schedule it.
Can family members access my account?
Gold members can grant family portal access with your permission. Your adult children can view service history, schedule appointments for you, see security audit summaries, and add notes for our team. You control who has access and can revoke it anytime. Many members like this feature because family stays informed without constant phone calls.
Do you support both Apple and Android devices?
Yes. We support iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, Windows computers, Mac computers, smart home devices, printers, and most other technology seniors use. If you have a device question, we can help.
What areas do you serve?
Virtual support is available throughout Northern California. In-home visits are available in Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado counties. Remote support works from anywhere with internet access.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. If you pay monthly, you can cancel with no penalty. If you pay annually for the 15% savings, you can still cancel but we don't prorate refunds for unused months.
