"Properly designed technology interventions can significantly improve the ability of older adults to live independently, maintain social connections, and manage their health. The key word is designed: with intention, patience, and the user at the center."

Dr. Sara Czaja & Colleagues
CREATE Center / PRISM Randomized Controlled Trial, Florida State University

"59% of adults 50 and older do not believe technology is designed with their age in mind."

AARP Research, 2024  ·  Structured expert education is the answer to that gap.

What directors ask before they begin

What type of communities do you serve? +
TechEase works exclusively with independent living communities. We focus on communities where residents are active, accomplished, and choose their programming with the same discernment they bring to everything else. We do not serve assisted living or memory care populations. If you're uncertain whether your community is the right fit, reach out and we'll be direct with you.
Do your specialists carry background checks and insurance? +
Yes. All TechEase specialists are fully background-checked and insured. Documentation is provided to your community before anyone arrives. Your compliance team will have everything they need in advance.
What does a pilot workshop cost? +
Pilot workshops are $1,200. This covers one 90-minute session for up to 50 residents, all materials, and your 48-hour outcome report. The $1,800 option adds a TechEase Help Station, where a specialist stays on-site after the session for one-on-one resident questions. After the pilot, most communities move to a monthly partnership.
How much does this require from our team? +
Your team confirms the room and notifies residents. TechEase handles curriculum, facilitation, materials, and reporting. Most program coordinators spend under 30 minutes per workshop on logistics once the program is running.
We manage multiple communities. Can this work across locations? +
Yes. Our Regional Partner agreement covers two or more independent living communities under a single contract. You get one account manager, consolidated ownership reporting, specialist continuity across locations, and volume pricing. Contact us and we'll put together a territory-specific proposal.
We've tried technology programming before. Residents didn't engage. +
Most programs fail because the format feels like a class and the content doesn't connect to what residents actually want to do today. We focus on confidence, connection, and safety, and we deliver it with specialists trained for this specific audience. Attendance at 30-50 per session is consistent because the content earns it.

Ready to see what this looks like at your community?

We'll put together a proposal specific to your community profile and programming calendar. No obligation.
