The Partnership Advantage

Why traditional senior marketing fails and this doesn't

Seniors aged 68-82 control the majority of household wealth. They screen calls, ignore direct mail, and block digital ads. They engage through one channel: people and organizations they already trust.

TechEase Support & Learning offers community partnership opportunities in the Greater Sacramento area for businesses and organizations serving the affluent senior market. Each Digital Dignity Series workshop draws 30-50 attendees aged 68-82 with retirement incomes of $150,000 and above. Partnerships include exclusive category rights, meaning no competing business in your professional category sponsors TechEase events in your territory. Workshop sponsorships start at $1,200, with quarterly and annual partnership options providing category exclusivity across all Sacramento-area Digital Dignity Series events.

Trust by Association
TechEase is already trusted by the residents in the room. When we introduce you, that trust transfers. Cold outreach cannot replicate what an endorsed introduction delivers.
Decision-Ready Audience
Attendees are actively thinking about financial management, estate planning, Medicare, home care, and legacy protection. They are not browsing. They are evaluating.
No Competing Partners
Category exclusivity means your competitors cannot share the room, the materials, or the trust relationship TechEase is building with that community.
Two Generations in One Room
The adult children who manage their parents' technology also manage their parents' financial and care decisions. You meet both decision-makers at once.

Common Questions

What partners ask before they commit

Who actually attends these workshops? +
Attendees are adults aged 68-82 with retirement incomes of $150,000 and above, primarily former professionals including executives, physicians, attorneys, and engineers. Most live in Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Lincoln, Loomis, and the Arden area. Their adult children, who manage family technology and frequently family financial and care decisions, attend alongside them. You are often meeting two generations of decision-makers in the same 90-minute session.
Can I lock my category so competitors can't be in the same room? +
Yes. Category exclusivity is first-come, first-served. One partner per professional category per market. If you hold exclusivity in your category, no competing business in that field sponsors any Digital Dignity Series workshop in the Sacramento territory for the duration of your partnership. Series Partners hold quarterly exclusivity. Flagship Partners receive first right of renewal before any competing organization is approached, locking their position year over year.
What is included in each tier and what makes them different? +
All tiers include branded presence, your name and logo on workshop materials and signage, a 3-5 minute co-presentation slot, priority access to opt-in attendee follow-up, and quarterly impact reporting. The TechEase Help Partner covers a single workshop at $1,200, or $1,800 with a Tech Help Station where your team can interact with attendees directly. The Series Partner at $5,200 quarterly adds category exclusivity across four consecutive workshops. The Flagship Partner at $17,500 annually gives you exclusive territory rights for all Sacramento Digital Dignity Series events for 12 months.
What does cost per contact actually look like? +
At the Help Partner level of $1,200 with 30-50 attendees, cost per contact runs $24 to $40. At a conservative 5-10% conversion to consultation, that produces 2-5 qualified meetings from a single event investment. Compare that to direct mail at $40-$80 per contact, or golf tournament sponsorships at $100-$300, and the math holds up even before you factor in the trust advantage of an endorsed introduction.
Does this qualify for CRA credit at our financial institution? +
Senior digital safety and scam prevention programming qualifies as financial literacy under Community Reinvestment Act guidelines. Banking and credit union partners may be able to access CRA budgets for this sponsorship, keeping it separate from standard marketing spend. We recommend discussing with your CRA officer. We are happy to provide documentation of the program's financial literacy components to support that conversation.
